Browning Rockwell has over 25 years of marketing and business development experience in international business and global trade transactions. His particular expertise lies in identifying and assembling key experts in deal negotiations, contract developments and strategic alliances. He possesses and in-depth knowledge and understanding of international business climate and customs with extensive travel and work experience throughout Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. Since 2005, he has been involved in developing solar energy projects in the MENA/GCC region. Browning Rockwell’s experience with renewable energy includes market entry strategy, government liaison, proposal development, partnership identification, project management, and solar advisory services.
Keith Bullen is an associate in the project development and finance group of Baker Botts where he advises sponsors and lenders on secured corporate and project financings. Keith has developed a detailed understanding of the Saudi Arabian power sector through his work on IPP projects and export credit financings. He is a member of the advisory board of the Saudi Arabian Solar Industry Association and speaks regularly at conferences on the topic of renewable energy project finance.

Muhammad joined Eversheds in May 2012 and is the lead Partner in the Commercial and Consulting Department in our Riyadh office. He is an expert in all matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
Over the course of his career Muhammad has handled cases on intellectual and industrial property law matters, legal research and case law analysis on a wide range of legal issues (civil and criminal), drafted legal instruments, pleadings, agreements and gained experience in litigation.
Muhammad is a regular speaker at conferences on the specialist subjects of M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets, in both the MENA region and internationally. He also regularly features as a contributor to press and leading trade publications on his areas of expertise.
Dan joined HSBC’s project and export finance team based in Riyadh in 2011 to work on advisory and debt arranging mandates. He has successfully advised Saudi and international clients in the petrochemicals, infrastructure, power and utilities sectors on raising limited recourse project financing from government funds, multilaterals, export credit agencies as well as conventional international and Islamic banks.
Prior to joining HSBC, Dan worked with The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Coporation in London where he was responsible for arranging limited recourse finance for projects across various sectors including renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, solar and biomass).
Dan holds a degree in mechanical and optical engineering from Loughborough University.
